Had my first and not the last visit at this wonderful location today! The staff was really helpful and quick, my task completed before I knew it.  Thanks again to the great staff there !

By far my favourite Service Ontario to go to. It's not usually too busy, and the staff are very helpful. My time here is always quick and beneficial.

Decently quick, however slight attitude. My name was changed fully to my husbands and the lady said I didn’t do that. I was moved to the lady that had made the mistake. Was fine it was fixed but I was made to feel like it was my fault that the mistake was made in the first place and papers being thrown at me to sign. Not impressed.

Even though it's only 3 allowed in at a time, the wait time was very short. And the ppl there were very polite and helpful.

Ecxellent service.....when i went it was fortunately not too busy. I only had to wait 10 minutes. Presently there is a limit of 3 people inside. Great staff at this location and good parking available

The lady was very kind, helpful and considerate.  I have physical challenges and use a walker, and she accommodated them several times and made my experience simple and smooth from beginning to end.  Thank you so much.  I really appreciate it.

I went to the Fonthill branch on a busy Friday, it was around 11am.  instead of the Niagara Falls branch The staff were friendly, fast, and efficient. Health card, drivers license, and sticker renewal and new photos. It only took 6 minutes. i'm very impressed with this location.
