Have you ever walked into a dealership and felt overwhelmed by the sales staff? I know I’ve experienced that before. But not this time. Although I had a referral from a family member to talk to Umer from Cooksville Dodge, it sure didn’t feel like I was pressured into purchasing. If anything, I pressured them to get me what I wanted! And truthfully, the customer service, the full transparency in explaining the process, was hands down the best.  I loved my previous VW but it just wasn’t me anymore. So when I showed Umer what I wanted, he, Saki, and Sunny got everything together for me and by surprise, I got my jeep EXACTLY what I wanted, earlier than expected, and traded in my car for a great value.  Love this team! Love my Jeep!

Just purchased my second vehicle from Cooksville Dodge.  It was a fantastic experience from start to finish with all members of the Cookville Dodge Team providing excellent customer service.  A big thank you to General Manager Mike Buchanan, Kenny, Jacob and the awesome detailing team.  I highly recommend this dealership.

We have been a satisfied customer of Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep for over 20 years. I would like to point out in particular that our service rep Glen, whom we have known now for over 20 years as well, is trustworthy and  the main reason we continue to have all our service done at this location. If I had any complaint at all it would be they allow him to go on vacation and is not available sometimes when we need him. Lol. Thank you for being our rep at Cooksville Glen. All I have to say I'm very happy with the service from Cooksville Dodge Chrysler  Special thanks to Kenny , Jacob and their team. They treated me like family and fulfill all my needs in getting me a new vehicle. I will highly recommend using them for any purchases thanks again guys.

Service rep was very courteous and efficient.  The only down side is that express oil change is really not really quick.  Budget at least 1.25 hours for it.  I actually had to follow up to see if it was done after 1.5 hours, only to be told it was ready … the rep just didn’t know it was.

From our family to the family at Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I say family because that's how you get treated whenever  you go there to buy/lease any of the above mentioned vehicles. We say home away from home? Well they're family away from family. They're just plain right AWESOME people there. Mr. David Moore is your go to guy who will go above and beyond to make sure you don't leave there without a big on your face and that not just from his jokes only, It's so that everyone can leave there HAPPY!!! Kenny and the rest the family there, trust and believe me/us when I say "they all got you" so head on down/ up  Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.  Merry Christmas    to all of you.

It was not satisfactory. The winshield washer fluid tank which was perfectly fine until the servicing, started leaking after I picked up the car from servicing. I called back immediately and it was denied anything happened during servicing. Now I have to make time again from my work schedule to take the car back to get it checked.

Got a car at this dealership and Yousef as a sales representative did a great job in providing great assistance. My overall experience was just smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a car.

Nice and helpful staff, made my transition to my new vehicle quick and easy. Would give five stars if they have given me snow tires given the time of year.
