My best friend lost her 16 year old daughter and chose Oliveira Funeral Home. I was closely involved with the process and in my opinion it went very smooth. The staff was very accommodating, kind and compassionate. The funeral itself was very well organized and the staff was very patient and helpful. The staff did not try and upsell and capitalize on grief to make additional sales which other funeral homes we interviewed tried to do. Instead the employees made suggestions on how to save money. Maria was very flexible and made arrangements to allow the family access on a day they are normally closed. I was overall very happy with the professionalism, kindness, flexibility and accommodation. My best friend and I will not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone I know needing to go through this process as they really made it easier.
Recently my grandfather passed away, after speaking to numerous funeral homes we decided to go with Oliveira since they had done muslim funerals in the past. We also found them not pushy which made our decision easier. Maria coordinated with the spiritual cleric and the mosque for washing the body and transporting to the cemetery. They were very supportive from the start to end and communicating with them was great. A warm thank you to Maria and Oliveira staff for the great service at this difficult time in our lives.

We contacted Oliveira Funeral Home a little over a year ago when we suddenly lost our daughter in law. Tony came to our home and took care of all the funeral arrangements. Our mum passesd away Feb 1, 2021and we did not hesitate to contact him.He is kind and compassionate. Their customer service is excellent. They attend to all the tiniest of details . All requests are taken care of. Although they are closed on Sunday he did us a big favor by having the viewing on Sunday keeping covid restrictions in place. For that we are truly grateful. We would recommend him anytime in your hour of grief.
Tony Oliveira assisted us through this difficult time after our mum passed. His empathy, courtesy, and timeliness in answering all of our queries, made this process so smooth and took all of the pressure off us. I would recommend this funeral service to anyone who need it.

While it is nearly ten years since the passing of my father, I remember fondly Tony and Oliveria Funeral Home exceptionally serving our family during a difficult time.
Unfortunately I have used Oliveira more times then I would like to admit, fortunately they are very educated and knowledgeable in what they do. Every time I have used them it has been a very unstressful experience, they can answer all of your questions and make your experience as comfortable as possible. I could not imagine using any other place but here !!!!
The people here sound really nice on the phone, however, they are not at all upfront and transparent when it comes to the charges you will be incurring.
