I was exceptionally pleased with the service that Amherst provided.  The initial consultation was very informative and allowed me to make all decisions I needed and clearly identified what the next steps were.  On the day, I was appreciative of how helpful the Amherst staff were during the funeral - everything from helping people out of cars to receiving people at the front of the church.  I was impressed by their professionalism and how considerate their staff were - helped me get thru one of my toughest days ever.  To top things off, the price was very reasonable.   This is a class operation at affordable prices.

Incredible service! Very affordable prices in addition to free products, discounts and bonuses. I had the best experience sorting out the worst and most painful loss of my life. The team was extremely helpful, caring, they let me grieve while doing all the work for me. I highly recommend the company not only because of their affordability but because of their personal qualities and professionalism.

My brother passed away on Jan 27th, 2018, and our family received a recommendation to contact Amherst Funeral and Cremation Services for all the necessary arrangements. We are so glad we did, as they made every step easier for us, and we felt very comfortable with the decisions made. Communication with the staff was very helpful and done with such compassion. I am very thankful to Mr. Christian and Scott, and to Amherst Funeral and Cremation Services Inc. It was sensational the delivery and delivery of the ashes. Once I had an urgency in processing the cremation because I am a Brazilian, had a marked back passage, had a holiday and needed to return to my country with the ashes of my brother, they solved everything in just 3 days. Many thanks in the name of family once more ... God bless you.
