Melodie at Henderson's was amazing. She walked our family through costs, had great empathy, listened and responded kindly to our questions and wonders. She always made time to meet and broke down steps we needed to take into simple, achievable tasks. I can not say enough about her care through the funeral process. I've never dealt with a funeral home before and she surpassed anything I would even expect.
Very personable, attentive and professional service received. They were amazing in honouring the final wishes of my partner. Gwen the funeral director was empathetic, professional and caring from beginning to end. All staff seemed very compassionate and professional throughout.
Sadly this is our third time dealing with Hendersons Langley If you need them, they are wonderful. We dealt with Melodie Richards. She is so kind, caring and patient. We are very glad to have met her.
Henderson's was very helpful and accommodating , even when we changed plans last minute. Gwen helped us all the way through and answered all my emails very quickly. They made the whole experience very stress free.
Melodie Richards at Henderson’s is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I have ever met. She just put herself out their for us and made the time we spent at Henderson’s something I will never forget. This was a very difficult time for our family and her dignity and professionalism made the memorial what it was, a blessed and well thought of tribute to our Dad. Thank you Melodie for your compassion. I would recommend Melodie, Jaclynn and Henderson’s when you need these services.
Gwen at Henderson's, recently helped us out with an issue and was so understanding, professional and responsive that I can't say enough good words to describe their approach to service and support.
All the dealings I had with the funeral home were handled in a professional way without any undue pressure. Melodie was very helpful, explaining all the procedures and concerns that I was experiencing. She wanted to make sure that help was available should it ever be required.
Having dealt with both Randy and Gwen at Hendersons now, I would very highly recommend them and would never go to anybody else in the future. The utmost professionalism and sincere care is shown, and they treat and make you feel like family.
Melodie and all of the staff at Henderson's were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and genuinely cared about supporting us with our loss as well as the funeral arrangements. They made everything very clear and provided many options, allowing us to customize our arrangements in a way that honoured our loved ones wishes exactly. We are grateful for their support through this difficult time.
When dealing with my Grandmother and Mom's funerals which were 8 years apart, the staff at Henderson's were kind, helpful, and compassionate. They made the funeral planning process as easy for us as possible and were quick to answer any questions we had. During both services, they handled every moment with the utmost care and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
