Story

When a funeral goes smoothly, it is not by accident or good luck, but because no detail has been overlooked. Every team member has been highly schooled in every aspect of old-fashioned service with excellence.

Well before the family and friends arrive for the service, the director meets with his or her team and assigns their responsibilities. Every one from the pianist, who can play a wide selection of music from popular tunes to more traditional hymns and familiar classics, to the person greeting the friends and relatives, directing them to the location of the service, is given a list with their assigned duties. Everything possible is done to make certain each funeral meets the demanding standards that have singled out Burquitlam Funeral Home since 1964 as the Family Funeral Home of choice for hundreds of families.

Make sure you price compare with other funeral homes. My wife's family didn't because of the emotional nature and later found out that they paid three times what others charge for a cremation with no service. I wouldn't want anyone to make the same mistake while being overwhelmed because of their loss.
Wow where to start . I would highly recommend this funeral home , there customer service was top notch and will do everything in there power to make the experience run smoothly. I was in certain situation where I lost my wife at a very young age and had a 2 year old son at the time , our funeral director Mark was empathetic, understanding and gracious to help to make sure my wife was buried with out having extra stress during this difficult time . Please make sure you check them out first you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mark and Burquitlam Funeral!
With the recent passing of my father we have had to deal with so many different things that people have to do when something like this happens. I must say that everyone that we worked with at the Burquitlam Funeral Home made the whole process much easier and were extremely helpful all the way through during this difficult time. They really made sure that everything was taken care of from the beginning to end.
