Maple Ridge Funeral Home and Crematorium.
In 1964 Les Osborn had a dream. His dream was to have the privilege and honour in helping the great people of this city through one of the most difficult journeys of their lives. His dedication to exemplary service and caring ethics in providing assistance to families in their time of need is a legacy that we take immense pride in and proudly continue to this day.
I know that Les is extremely proud of his daughter’s Joan and Diane for following though on his dream with the same core values and beliefs that he held dear and for keeping his legacy alive.
The Osborn Family has deep roots in the community and helped shape Maple Ridge alongside many other long time iconic families that were and still are committed to the growth and development of the wonderful community that we all reside in.
Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel was opened in 1964 by longtime Maple Ridge residents and active members of the community, Les and Eileen Osborn. When they retired in 1988, two of their daughters, Diane MacKenzie and Joan Gibson continued the Osborn tradition of dedicated service.
We are proud members of the Canadian Independent Group of Funeral Homes, the British Columbia Funeral Association, Funeral Service Association of Canada, Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce.
