Kearney Funeral Services in Burnaby was a bright light in the midst of a difficult time for my family. Aaron and Victoria were warm, patient and so helpful through the process of going through the arrangements over the loss of my father. They continued to send messages of thought and sympathy since my father's passing, that has made all of the immediate family so happy. Deepest and sincerest thanks to Aaron, Victoria, Irene and the rest of the team at Kearney for organizing and seamlessly orchestrating onsite a most beautiful service for my mother. From start to finish, every detail was meticulously accounted for and carried out with precision and professionalism. Communication was always prompt, courteous and respectful. Aaron even called the evening before the service to assure us that everything was in order and asked how we're doing. Without hesitation I would recommend this amazing team, who steps in under such challenges circumstances and does so with compassion and a genuine willingess to guide grieving loved ones through this difficult and emotional process.
I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Victoria, Aaron and Jim for the dignified and graceful farewell they offered to my dear mother. The personalized service was so much more than I ever expected. I was met with kindness, comfort, consideration, and caring from start to finish. When your loved one passes away, it is not easy to find and organize funeral services in a short time. I visited several places to inquire about funeral services and we are so glad we met Kristina Koh at Kearney. Her sympathy, promptitude in handling arrangements and flexibility with the funeral plans eased our pain during those tough times. My family and I cannot thank her and Kearney enough for the services provided to our family and our community.
