Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Recently went to dinner with my husband and 19 month old son. Jesse O. was our server and he was amazing! We hardly ever get out because our LO is so energetic and on the move these days that he hates sitting still for longer than 5 minutes. Jesse was so sweet the entire time and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure to give our LO the same attention as well. This might have struck us harder because we only go out once every 6 months but even as we were leaving, every staff member LOOKED at us and said to have a great night... my own coworkers don’t even do that... *I should probably talk about the food a little too! I was exactly what we were craving, nothing too rich but absolutely perfect. The moscato red wine was fantastic 😉. All in all, we will definitely be back! We were so impressed by the friendly staff. I hope this reaches Jesse!

Very attentive, courteous wait staff. Mike was our server, he was friendly & gave us everything we needed. Our food was hot & appetizing. The Olive Garden was clean & nicely decorated. The atmosphere was pleasant & inviting. We will definitely come back again. Sincerely, Cindy & Liz

Went to this establishment on Tuesday night with my boyfriend. There was a wait which was ok and expected at 630. When you walk in the place oddly smelt like vomit. Was seated at a table in the back corner. The vent was right above us which made the atmosphere unpleasant. Even the table of gentleman behind us were complaining about it. My boyfriend and I were sitting at our table for 20 min with no one acknowledging us. We finally decided to leave when 3 tables Sat after us all had someone come to get drinks started etc. Will not be going back, used to be such a better place. I don't know if your under knew management but it's obvious something has changed in the last year. Hope to hear better things soon so we can return. My boyfriend loves your food!!

Very good atmosphere with really excellent choices of food items on their menu. The staff were very polite as well as very good. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stop at.

Had the pick 3 Tour of Italy with the shrimp scampi option. It was the most expensive of the options. When it came to the table it has 3 shrimp on a bed of noodles. We were quite surprised to be paying $16.99 for 3 shrimp, to say the least! When the waiter was asked, he replied that it was, indeed, the correct amount of shrimp. A while later he returned and told us that it was actually supposed to be 6 shrimp and the manager was having more shrimp prepared for the dish. By the time the shrimp finally arrived, we were ready to leave. The fresh shrimp looked like they had just been warmed up and that was all. No seasoning, no presentation, just some shrimp laying in a dish. Very sad. Will definitely not be getting shrimp scampi from Olive Garden again. Was also charged for the "table games" after my son answered 1 trial question on Trivia game! Not sure if we will return at all. Gave 3 stars because although the food was lacking and the place was packed, we didn't have to wait for a table and were served quickly due to the amount of staff on duty.
