Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

This place was connected to our hotel. Went in for a quick bite and no one in the place, we waited over a 1/2 hour between getting their and having someone come to the table to be informed that they were out of soup and other items we were looking at. This was at 7 pm in the evening. No wonder the place was empty. We went to out back on the other side of the Freeway.

The Perkins restaurant not bad but the lounge is excellent! Bar tenders really know what there doing Casey and c.c are the best! a little over price but still worth it. Excellent service excellent employees man I can go on just a great place to relax and have fun!

Came in from out of town. We walked in but were not greeted. finally a waitress came by and we asked if we should seat ourselves. She said she was on her break but someone would be by to seat us. About a minute later the same waitress came back, grabbed some menus and escorted us to a table and walked away. After about 15 minutes of watching 2 employees standing around at the front counter, we got up and left without so much as a glass of water. As we left, we told others that were coming in that they should not expect to be served tonight. The Subway down the street was happy to serve us and they received our business.

Have been here for 20 minutes without getting my order taken on a slow night. We just got our drinks 5 minutes ago. Pretty... horrible I just gave it another chance 6 months later. We were quickly seated and then forgotten. No drinks or anything for twenty five minutes because a big table came in behind us and even though they seated after they got priority treatment

This used to be one of my favorite places to go to eat mainly because it was less then a block from my house so it was convienient. Now I will go out of my way to 8th street or elk vale. The food when you finally get it is fantastic if it's still warm. The Wait staff is more interested in screwing around then oh I don't know working. On their phones dropping the f bomb every other word. Hope you don't want a refill. I'd say it was a fluke. A one time thing but this happened several times before I finally decided enough was enough and complaining to the management didn't do any good. I've worked in a restaurant my whole working life which has been over 10 years. This is not okay.
