Nissan of Duncan

I stopped in the new dealership to chat about both a used vehicle and also inquire about the new electric Leaf. This was my very first time here and the showroom is very modern and nice. A salesman greeted me very quickly and was courteous and friendly. I was just looking so can’t comment on any sales experience or service at this point. Finding customer parking was the only tricky part. I plan to go back when the new model Leaf EV car is released and will update my review if needed.

Big thanks to Derek, Ranj and Cody as well as the whole team. Your help in deciding which vehicle will meet my needs was exceptional. Your very polite, non pushy attitude was much appreciated. Honesty is something I value greatly and it was certainly shown through your dealership. I hated giving up my much loved truck but the Titan you found for me and my family is amazing. The patience in the negotiation process was appreciated and I never felt I had to settle or that my vehicle was out of reach. I would certainly recommend this Nissan dealership too all. I really felt like a customer who's needs mattered and not just a sale!

Derek was very accommodating for us, mostly dealing with us over the phone at first until we ironed out a deal. We had been to a few different dealerships and none of them came even remotely close to wanting to help meet our needs like Duncan Nissan. When we showed up at the dealership and saw the car for the first time, Derek and some others had taken the time to clean it up and parked it out front for us. We were immediately able to take it for a test drive. We came back inside, were offered drinks, and sat down to finish the deal. Derek, Jon the manager, and Brandi from the business office, were all FANTASTIC! Every single question we had was answered with appropriate and honest advice. It is their job to make you feel welcome, everyone knows that... but it felt more than genuine. If you need drywall/insulation advice, or perhaps a car... Derek is your guy, and he has an excellent team backing him up at Duncan Nissan! 2015 Honda Fit
