Great service and reasonably priced. Ended up with a flat tire in front of their business and their efforts to assist me were stellar and appreciated!

Worst customer service ever! Was refused a loaner vehicle for my warranty work due to the fact that I didn’t buy my vehicle there. Was told by the service manager, Chris, to get Nanaimo to help me since I had no problem driving there to buy. Nanaimo Hyundai is definitely worth the drive for excellent customer service.

I became a Hyundai owner over 3 years ago (actually bought it from Honda lol) and have really enjoyed my SantaFe. Thus I needed a local dealer to look after my SUV. I can speak on the service side of their dealership an it is 100% 5 star. I am treated first class and they always go the extra mile. My car is washed with every oil change. Sometimes they have provided a courtesy vehicle if a larger service which is so nice. Free coffee and free wifi on the customer waiting area too.

Friendly and helpful staff. This location is very organized and quick service. Worth the drive from Sidney!
