Took vehicle in for dead battery - ended up replacing alternator among others for a hefty fee, and released car back to me with same battery. Battery was dead again within 12 hours and they offer to bring it back in for a new appointment and battery replacement (after I already overheard them pricing out new batteries for my vehicle over the phone when I was leaving after having picked it up). To top it off, there was a recall on my vehicles alternator and battery they neglected to tell me about or even ask about. These clowns are thieves.
