My wife & I were on bicycle tour from Winnipeg to Ottawa and needed advice about our tandem's timing chain and wheel bearings. The owner made himself available and put the bike on the rack right away (very important when you're touring). He was extremely knowledgeable, even about our tandem bike, and charged us nothing for the checkup. Much appreciated service and professionalism.

Warm, welcoming place with great people! I stopped by on my cross-Canada bike tour to have my bike checked, because the new chain and cassette weren't working smoothly. The mechanic immediately diagnosed the problem, not only fixed it but also put on chain cleaning oil for me! All without charge too! I came out of the store feeling warm and fussy in my heart.

Jon is the only guy who I let touch my bike. He is amazing and since the new owners have taken over I have no issues referring people there.

There are so many different kinds of bikes out there and I had been researching for over a year and I still wasn't sure. Staff took their time to determine what I needed and they had several choices in various price ranges. I feel that I bought the perfect bike. The attention to detail with sizing and equipment was appreciated. At no time during my purchase did I feel pressured or rushed. They offered a beginner ride session last week and it was fantastic, not to mention free and open to everyone. Lastly, it felt good to support a local business that gives back to the community in so many ways.
