Finally made it to try their fried chicken and beef rib soup. I highly recommend the beef rib soup as it’s super flavourful. They also have three meaty beef ribs per order. The dipping sauce they gave for the beef rib meat was yummy too. The fried chicken was ok. We got regular and honey garlic. Flavour wise I think the seasoning was light and could use a bit more salt. I did love that it wasn’t heavily battered. The pork dumplings were recommended by many people. It was good to try but I like my dumplings with a bit more juice/soup inside. They are quite busy with a regular stream of dine in and take out orders but we were able yo get a seat in 20 min. Once you place your order, the food comes out quickly. Service is efficient :
Once upon a time I would’ve given this place a 5 star rating, but today everything seemed a little off. It’s been a minute since I’ve been here maybe 6 months+ and I usually come for dinner, but today’s lunch service was pretty mediocre. I remember the chicken being super crispy and juicy. Today, the chicken was a mild crunch at best with a serious lack of flavour/sauce. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and will come back again, but sadly it wasn’t up to par this time around.
The fried chicken tasted amazing, the seafood tofu soup was tasty and services was excellent. One of the pretty server was nice enough to give a cookie to me god son which was very cute and thoughtful of her thank you. Very nice servers and very courteous. I will go back for more chicken
@nadri_restaurant ft gal bin tang beef rib soup and tender beef in soup Highly recommend the beef rib soup. There was so so much meat and the soup was so rich and aromatic. It did take me a while to figure out how to cut the meat off the bone with scissors. It was so good that we actually got another one to go. A nice little restaurant that almost made it feel like we were eating at a food court. Loved their side dishes, esp the potatoes. We were able to get one complimentary refill. Looks like they are famous for their dumplings too but the portion was so big that we couldn’t eat another plate of dumplings. Shall save it for next time
The best Korean fried chicken in Great Vancouver! I ordered original flavor, medium size. It was like 7-8 pieces of nice chicken, half of them were legs. Crispy and juicy, not greasy or salty at all. The soba noodle in cold sweet sour soup was a lifesaver in a hot day like today. The noodle was so chewable while the seasoned added some good smell. The environment is clean and service is friendly. Definitely come back again.
Went to Nadri for the first time and was I absolutely delighted by their tasty fried chicken. Got the traditional sweet and spicy and would recommend because it was crunchy, juicy and packing flavour. The dumpling were also amazing - the filling was delicious! I can’t wait to go back to try their other dishes.
This place is definitely a hidden gem, quite busy on a Saturday night. Dining in is in a food court like area, but spacious and comfortable. We loved the galbitang and the seafood tofu soup. I also liked their fried chicken from the previous visit. Definitely recommend!Recommended dishesSeafood Tofu, Gal Bi Tang , Pork and Kimchi Dumplings, Dumplings
Amazing food. We ordered the boneless snowing chicken and original combo as recommended by the counter staff as she said that bone in chicken would take about thirty minutes. We also ordered the beef rib broth which seems to be their specialty. Loved it. The chicken was perfectly done. Crispy and crazy flavourful. I’m not sure how they battered the chicken but wow, it didn’t have that heavy greasy feel even after the meal. The broth was surprisingly light and very delicious. Ribs were soft and were easily pulled off the bone. Very well done. Service was subpar though, which could possibly be due to the layout of the restaurant, or dining area, which appears to be just a few tables set up in the mall area. We spent about CAD20 per person which was well worth it. Highly recommended for the delicious food. Service could be worked on.
Kind of hidden away in this Korean shopping complex, this is more of a food court vibe with delicious home cooked food. We tried the boneless garlic fried chicken and the beef soup. Both were delicious and worth coming back for.
Excellent food, the fried chicken is the best in Burnaby, the seafood pancake is plentiful and the soup is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant, its location is unusual, but don’t let that fool you. I will be returning on a regular basis, the prices are very reasonable! We ordered enough for 3 big eaters, there was only 2 of us, so we both took home the leftovers.
