Rented a unit here for a few months. I moved my items out in September. However, they keep charging my card. I left three messages, no response. I called again and finally spoke to someone and explained that they have charged my card for the last three months even though I moved everything out in September. He said he would call me back on Monday to credit my account. It is now Thursday and I have not heard anything..no credits to my account...nothing. Very poor service in addition to being shady. How do you not call back after receiving three voicemails ? And, saying you would call and credit my card, and not follow through... Despicable. ..
