Incredible customer service! Both David and Casey were fabulous. Very flexible and accommodating with our crazy storage needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful facility to anyone who asks!

It is my pleasure to be sending out this review to and for East Lyme Rent A Space. I have stored my treasured possessions there for quite a few years now, and would never think of going elsewhere. My impression of this company far exceed what I have viewed at other facilities. It is obvious that the owner and the managers take great pride in the upkeep of this storage facility. I feel confidant in the fact that my items will be well taken care of, and that I feel very confidant with the place that I had chosen some time ago. Last, but by no means least, I want to add that I am always greeted very warmly and professionally by the people that work at E.L. Rent A Space. The very first person that helped me was Frank. He made the experience a very comfortable and friendly one. Now, I am usually assisted by David , who always makes sure to take the time to help in any way that he can. He is both a professional and welcoming person. I In closing, I would never hesitate to recommend East Lyme Rent A Space to anyone. If you chose to do business with this facility, and walk in that door, you will experience everything that I have expressed today.

This was my first experience with storage units and I was very happy with East Lyme Rent a space. I made my arrangements over the phone. Dave was helpful in getting me set up. Dave also helped me when I needed help with opening the door to my unit. When I checked out , the person at the front desk was accommodating . It was a pleasant experience overall.
