U-Haul Moving & Storage of Columbia

It was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Online, I reserved my truck for 23 hours. From 7pm to 6pm the next day. They the guy asks me if I can bring the truck earlier. I was like I could possibly bring it by 3pm but now sure. Next day I was running late, but their manager, Joanna, yells and me and tells me to bring the truck back asap, while I had all my stuff in there. She's like that's your problem so take out all your stuff and bring the truck back, there are people waiting to get my truck. I had to take everything out within 30min. Driving the truck 80mph to get back to the UHaul location. Only to find out that there are 4 other same size truck just sitting in their lot. I will never ever go back to that location nor U Haul. No respect for customer at all. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

Good U-Haul facility. Plenty of vehicles and packing supplies. Helpful and friendly staff

I am moving to Florida and this was the cheapest way I could move my belongings. The staff here made this super easy. Jordan, the manager, was beyond helpful. I had a few issues on my end that he helped resolve. He definitely did not have to. The staff was polite and willing to help where they could. Definitely recommend this business.
