I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at CubeSmart. I showed up with no reservation, and no idea as to how much it would cost to rent a storage unit. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to getting me the best unit and price for what I needed. He was also extremely friendly and genuine during our conversation. I highly recommend CubeSmart to anybody in need of a storage unit. Thanks again, Daniel.

Daniel was awesome! so helpful, informative, went out of his way and left me with no worries. What started as extreme pressure and stress to complete my move turned out to feeling almost effortless after stepping into his office. Amazingly, got everything done at one place!... moving truck, my own special lock, storage unit and a deal that couldn't be beat! Instead of calling around racking up anxiety, just go straight down to the office with I.D. and payment! He did the rest =)) I swear!

After some miscommunications, was able to downsize to a more convenient sized unit. Much better monthly rate was the end result, as well as some fees from a previous unit dismissed. Satisfying experience at this location look into if you have things to store.

Very friendly staff and the general manager Daniel houle was a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anybody who would need storage there is no other place I would go I am a repeat at least 5 times over the years.

CubeSmart in Griswold, CT goes the extra mile! My wife and I had the very best experience renting a storage unit and U-Haul truck from Cube Smart in Griswold, CT. Daniel runs a clean ship, the facilities are beautiful, clean, and extremely well-maintained. Brandon was stellar with his customer service. Moving can be an inherently stressful ordeal, but Daniel and Brandon helped us to have a hassle-free experience. These guys will be the first people we turn to the next time we need to rent a U-Haul or storage unit. Thank you Daniel and Brandon for all of your help with our relocation adventure, you both went above and beyond!
