Had a nice experience dealing with Sharon at storage rentals of America. First the storage area is well kept up.Sharon was fantastic to deal with. She’s very informative and a pleasure to talk to. Sharon explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this storage company.
We were in such a dilemma the other day! I called in a panic and spoke to Sharon and she was professional, calm and extremely helpful, she told us come on over and expedited our 18 wheeler full of 24 pallets full of TOYS! We partnered with toys for tots for Megan’s Place at WAIM. I can’t tell you how accommodating this establishment was to our mission. We appreciate it so very much! I highly recommend them.
Sharen was very nice and super helpful in a very stressful situation. We had booked a uhaul online with a “free month of storage” for a certain size and when we got there, they had no storages available in that size. So not only did they have the size we needed available, they are also significantly cheaper than uhaul! So thank you Sharon for helping us out.
I was able to get a special offer for renting a 10*15 storage for three months. The price is reasonable compared to other options in this are. The move-in process was very fast and smooth. Sharen is very kind and friendly. she was able to work very efficiently to make sure we could get our paperwork done as soon as possible. Customers need to buy a locker for the storage. I'm not sure if you can bring your own. But the price is reasonable if you want to buy the locker from them. Around 13 dollars for a locker with 2 or 3 keys.
I have had nothing but the best of service from Storage Rentals if America since they switched over from Cubesmart! The customer service and management are always helpful and friendly, Sharen especially!!! Great hours, friendly people and clean, secure units. By far the best storage rental I've ever had, and I've used quite a few over the years. If you're in the area and in the need for a fair priced, clean unit, check them out!!!
Was great until fees hit. Things happen in life. Was not told about going 5 days past due date fees.
The best storage around. Price is awesome . Very professional and kind . I totally recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.
Sharen was awesome! She showed me the unit I wanted to rent and answered all of my questions. My only complaint is that I signed up on the last day of the month and my promo for 50% off the first 3 months was wasted, it was taken off the one day left in February. I would have come in the following day to get 50% off a full month
Sharen was great to work with. She had lots of information and answered all my questions. I am looking into renting a unit for all my stuff while I shopped for a new home. She offered me various units and was through in her description and features of rental agreements and units. I will be sure to rent from her very soon!
This rental was perfect for what I was looking for. Easy rental, easy move-in, and smooth move-out. I even received a discount for my first month because they were running a special move-in rate. Staff are great and made both move-in and move-out easy. A big thanks to Dee for wonderful and friendly service!
