Moving crew in Connecticut was great! Took time to properly protect and pack our belongings in the straight box truck. Transport to Florida on a tractor trailer with multiple other households...no good. Our belongings were loaded and unloaded, rearranged, and moved around, as we were the last household off of the truck. Damage to a dresser, nightstand, sofa, and an 8000 dollar bed! Insurance adjuster was a joke! Very dismissive, and not willing to even consider the issues at hand. Damage to the bed;”It’s not like the damage will keep you up at night”! Need I say more?Probably paid based upon claims cost savings. Well, they paid NOTHING! Having repairs and replacement done privately, and then serving everyone with judicial paperwork. Otherwise, we got to Florida. Just not with our stuff intact, which was only two years old.

What a great group of people to do business with, from the office personnel to the packers! Everything they packed and moved arrived in excellent condition. We recommend all of them very highly and thank everyone of them for their part in making our move such a pleasant(and at times humorous!) experience. Kudos to All!! Thank you so very much. Rogovin always got back to me right away. The move at both ends went smoothly and nothing was damaged. When I wanted to change my date of move with only one day's notice, they were able to accommodate me at no extra charge. Their initial estimate was considerably less than others so I went with them even though I knew that it could change if their weight estimate was different. (I had heard stories of other movers giving low estimates and then saying "oops, it was heavier than we thought" and they charge much more.) Not only was it not more expensive, but it was $200 less than the estimate. I worked with Michelle Viveiros and Aaron Rogovin who were both very helpful whenever I contacted them. The actual movers were very nice, polite and did a great job at both ends. I would definitely recommend them again.

They showed up on time, did what they promised to do according to the agreed upon schedule, and were careful to leave the in good shape. Everything with the packing an pick-up was done well.

We always work with this company as the movers are friendly and very careful, and the costs reasonable.
