I needed a storage space quickly when I decided to put my house on the market to sell, and CubeSmart not only helped me, but went above and beyond. During what was a very stressful time, they helped accommodate my questions and concerns, and even helped with things I hadn't even thought of! When I needed another unit prior to moving, they were even more helpful in setting everything up. Amy and Erica always had a smile on their face, and made everything as pleasant as could be. Bonus points because they were so sweet to my 3-year-old daughter!

Very professional and a great staff. They make sure that you know what you are getting, that it suits your needs and that you know what you are signing for. Units are clean and the isles are easily accessible by larger trucks.

Once you move in, your rent will go up regularly. No fixed price contract! Places are clean, but there have been mouse problems. Water can blow in under the door.

At first glance cube smart in gales ferry is a company run by a professional staff that is eager to ensure its clients needs are met. The first aspect that appealed to me was they not only had a military discount but was by by far the cheapest in the area. It is well maintained and in a secure location. Cube smart in gales ferry will have my business for as long as I am stationed in the area.

While the storage unit itself is fine (in actuality it is just a closet), there are other ways things can be improved. While moving things into the unit, the ground was covered in snow and VERY icy. I nearly slipped and fell on numerous occasions. Some plowing and shoveling would have been nice. Also, I paid my bill online and didn't know I was charged a convenience fee until AFTER the transaction went through.
