Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I love my burritos! And here’s a place where people care. Every time I’ve been here, service is quick, product is good and food is excellent. Even more, all of the staff will stop by while you’re eating and make sure everything is good. I like this level of service.

Great interior that is kept clean and sanitary. Food is delicious and quick. Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. One thing I wish about Mucho is if it's $3.00 extra for an extra serving of meat, then vegan/vegetarian options should be $3.00 less. I ordered a veg bowl with no rice, no meat, and no cheese and the staff still charged me extra for guac. I feel like if I'm not getting all the other stuff it would be nice to throw the guac in for free. Also - if it's a veg bowl the staff should give a little more veggies to compensate for the lack of other food ..but here I am paying full price plus extra for a bowl that's filled halfway.

The meal was below expectation. Rec'd a large quesadilla and there was nothing in it. It was all just wrap. For the price I am very disappointed.

I really enjoy the food here but can't bring myself to give them a five star. My favourite meal is the salad but I do not like the shell bowl so I ask for rice instead. I have been told that they will no longer give me rice instead.
