Boston Pizza

Garbage meal and service tonight for my wife’s birthday dinner. Her chicken club comes with less than half the chicken it should have and covered with melted cheese all over the bun. She noticed when she took her first bite and it had no chicken. She said she wasn’t paying for a club with no chicken and would just take a small pepperoni pizza to go since we were half done our meal at that point. The kids fries were half cooked and soggy. I had the steak that was 25% fat and my garlic toast was 2 tiny slivers of baguette. When my wife’s pizza came it looked like it was thrown in the box and no where near cut evenly. Our server definitely hated her job and has no customer service skills… expecting us to pay for the piss poor pizza my wife was given after she missed her birthday meal with her family. Thanks Boston pizza for garbage service and ruining my wife’s birthday dinner.

Made a last minute reservation for my niece's birthday and they were very accommodating. Some of our party were late arriving due to an accident and they didn't rush us with any part of our visit. The food was great! The service was very friendly and relaxed. Definitely would visit again :

Came here with my mother for some cocktails and salads. The table we were at wasn't clean but we just wiped the crumbs off the table with a napkin no problem there. The server was really polite and the wait was not long for the salads or drinks. The cocktails were amazing and I definetly recommend the peach mojito Royalerum, it was really good!

Ordered appetizers..ravioli bites and spinach dip. Ravioli was cold and the spinach dip tasted sour..not sure if it was because of the feta in it? Our waitress brought out our main meals and we just started on our aps..it didn't matter to her By the time we got to eat our mains..they were cold. Waitress did not seem like she wanted to be there .she never cleared our plates or offer us refills. We even piled are dishes at the end of the table with our empty glasses hoping for refills and she still did not ask us if we wanted anything until the end when we asked for take out boxes.By the time she brought the drinks we were finished our meal and food was boxed up. We felt very neglected as customers as it was not busy she had 2 other tables. She was too busy socializing and chatting with the male staff in the back...we could hear her plain as day. My boyfriend had the spaghetti..wasn't bad but a little hard. My chicken parm was OK.. but the sauce on my noodles was watery.overall not a good experience..food was subpar. Appetizers were a dissapointment..and the service was horrible. Not impressed at all.
