That was the worst meal we have ever had, the second time our onion rings have been burnt to a crisp, and no dipping sauce in the bag. Always at drive thru! I know you wouldn’t serve burnt food to the people in the dining room but don’t seem to care about the drive thru. Won't be back anytime soon!

Friday July 26, 2024 @ 634pm Orillia West Ridge A & W location. Inedible onion rings.  Because they’re pricey I don’t go often, but when I do I expect food that is good quality and edible.  The first time it happened I took it as a one-off.  But twice now Ive ordered onion rings from the drive through only to get to my destination and discover burnt oily onion rings all stuck together in a big clump.

I absolutely love this place! The A&W in Orillia has set the bar incredibly high when it comes to customer service and quality. Every single member of the staff deserves a raise—they are truly exceptional.nnEven on days when I’m not hungry, I find myself stopping by simply because of how well I’m treated. The team is always respectful, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They consistently ask the right questions to ensure my order is perfect, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers.nnI’ve been going to this location daily, and not once have I left with the wrong order—an incredible feat in itself. It’s rare to find a place that not only serves great food but also makes you feel valued and appreciated as a customer.nnHats off to the Orillia A&W team for creating such a welcoming and efficient environment. You all are amazing! Keep up the outstanding work—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer for life.

I would like to say as someone who normally does reviews on Steak this was the most perfect food I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. The service was excellent, the staff  Hunter & Ethan  were very friendly with wonderful smiles and great personalitys. I have by far ever received at a fast food restaurant in my life! The fact they made my food the way I ask with extra pickles no one has ever giving me that many pickles, I always have to keep asking! So thank you very much Hunter & Ethan for making me the best Burger I’ve ever had!!!

Restaurant was untidy, food was expensive for what you got considering it's a takeout/fast food chain. Service was slow and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Won't rush back for am underwhelming burger
