i've only been to the square one location but the other day I went to this location and ordered a garlic pretzel. I didn't see and dips like they do at the other location and she didn't suggest any so I didn't bother. Once she handed me the pretzel instantly I noticed a size difference and was almost half the size? But same prize. My first bite I almost spit it out was not fresh, for some reason was burning my mouth I assume from the garlic. Obviously used way to much garlic powder. I will never go back to this location and that was one of the main reasons I choose this mall to go to.

It was my first time with Fresh baked pretzels and I loved it and can have it for my breakfast at lest 3 days a week. They have different variants like Original, Plain, Garlic, Sesame seed. It is to be paired with the dips again available in 4-5 variants best being Jalapeño Cheese Dip. . I tried original and Garlic pretzel with Jalapeño cheese dip

The cookie cake was awesome and the staff were very helpful and friendly.Food: 5/5

Don’t understand the negative reviews. Awesome, patient service too many awesome options to deliberate over and of course and most importantly the items ordered were awesome. We ordered a cookies and macarons and they were delicious. Plan to be back soon for more…I hope this business much success especially after all the lockdowns.

I would like to give a shout-out to the workers Sophie, Sarah, Oshani, and Udisha for always going above and beyond with their customer service every time I visit. I love the food but it is a bit pricey

Used to come here all the time when I was a kid - the place hasn't let up in terms of quality. Absolutely love the prep work that goes in with each pretzel and the staff is always extremely friendly and courteous. If you need a quick bite to feed your sweet-tooth, you won't be disappointed here.

New management is horrible with thier customer service skills. I ordered 3 pretzels before 2 other customer came. The wife actually told the husband who was packing everything up to give my order to the other customers first. When I asked what was happening they ignored me and the remade the pretzels and half hazardous three the bag onto the counter ignoring my question of why my order was given to the other 2 customers first. I use to order pretzels every weekend before they switched to new management. Never again. Never coming back. Hope they go out of business.

Not sure why the mixed reviews here. 2 pretzels for 7$ that were warm, doughy and delicious. Service was fine and it only took a minute to get the pretzels.
