Cheaper option compared to other tea shops in Square One. The marble tea latte is pretty standard. I like the variety of milk alternatives they offer and warm boba which means it might be fresh. Staff is fast, helpful, and professional
I got the "marble boba tea latte" and the "marble boba thai ice tea". The marble boba tea is perfect, but the thai tea is a bit sweet. Make sure to shake ur marble boba tea very well, because it will be half warm if you dontThe drink was overall very good, but it was very hard to get the employs attention, even when it was not busy.
I have been here several times now. The Okinawa tea is hands down the best milk tea I have ever had. A must try!! My husband agrees and he isn’t as into milk tea as I am so it’s saying a lot. They are also very generous with the amount of boba they put in the drinks.
So I ordered a marble boba tea latte. Line wasn’t too long, probably a 5 minute wait. The workers were quick and efficient. The drink was really nice, hot on the bottom, cold on the top. Make sure to shake the drink before drinking, otherwise the sweetness sits at the bottom and the tea on top isn’t as sweet. The boba was chewy but a bit too hard for my tastes. Overall, I liked the drink and will return in the mornings when I get the chance
Purchased 2 Mango Green Tea with Tapioca and it was so refreshing!!! I personally do not like super sweet stuff and this drink was a perfect balance between sweet and bitter. I also noticed that this mango drink had mango pieces at the bottom which were the perfect touch! My husband is not use to cold tea but he enjoyed sipping on it during his work hours. Cannot wait to visit again for a refreshing beverage!!!
First time ordering here, but I always order taro bubble teas from other places so I have something to compare to. This time around, I ordered one of their taro lattes and I was pretty disappointed. I'd describe the drink as a cup of milk, an ice cube, and solidified taro sludge that sank to the bottom and refused to mix. I shook the drink vigorously before opening hoping to get some flavor off the taro, but all I ended up with was a $8 cup of milk lol. At least the taro was real, and the drink looked cute! I definitely think the taro drink was a miss, but I'm willing to try other things on the menu on a later date as the quality of their ingredients are actually pretty good from what I can tell. Also, another reviewer pointed out a price of 6.78 for presumably a regular size and being incorrectly charged. 6.78 is the price of the drink, and the extra was a tip. They do not record the tip on the receipt, but it gets charged on your credit card as the price of the drink+tip.
Just picked up mango green tea with grass jelly- 4 orders. It was bitter, mostly green tea and watered down, barely mango flavour. Tea didn’t feel fresh at all. I don’t think serving at 730 pm calls for tea to be poor quality. After all I am paying the same as everyone else.
So delicious! I love the variety they have for different tea bases black, oolong, green and different milks dairy, oat. I ordered a green tea oat milk boba tea and it was so flavourful. Highly recommend.
This is a recently opened bubble tea shop which replaced the Love Me Sweet cheesecake booth besides the Simons store. I decided to give it a try last week since they had a Buy 1 Get 1 free promo on their top 5 drinks. Honestly, I was so frustrated and unhappy with the customer service that I don't think I would go back ever again. I'm posting my experience below so if you happen to order their top drink #3, you won't make the same mistake that I did. Also, this is why their service is so slow. It's not that I wanted to hold up the line, but customer service was terrible. I asked for 2 of their Number 3 - Marble Fresh Taro Tea Latte, regular sized, one hot and one cold with no toppings. After it was paid by credit card that I realized that there was an issue with the bill. It clearly said the regular size is $6 on the big TV screen, so the bill would be $6 + tax = $6.78 right? Somehow, I was charged $8.48! I spent over 5 mins trying to explain to the other person who was working there that the cashier charged me the price of a Marble Fresh Taro Latte, which has a different price from their top selling Marble Fresh Taro Tea Latte. Seriously, why would you have two drinks with such similar names but charge different prices that even your staff cannot differentiate the two. The staff claimed that refund was not possible, so I had to either order more drinks or they write my phone number down with the amount of "store credit" on a piece of paper that they said they are going to enter into their rewards system. The drinks were alright, nothing special. There are many other bubble tea options in the mall now, so if you see long lineups, just go for another one.
Not much tea flavor. Pretty watery. I don’t find it worth the price. Ordered a caramel toffee milk tea. I hardly felt any flavour. The tapioca was okay though
