Ten Ren's Tea

I got the Taro with Tapioca pearls OMG IT WAS SO GOOD! One of the best taro slush I’ve had!!! I really love their packaging too~ looking forward to trying more of their drinks!

Pretty good, the tea has nice flavour and the toppings are good quality and decent quantity. All I’d say is ask for less, or no ice because they put a bit too much and that takes away from the flavour… and ur money.

If you are selling a large Jasmine Tea for $7.25, please make sure your service matches the price you are asking. I also work in retail industry, I have a lot of patience and respect for people who work in customer service but the kind of service today I received at this location is extremely rude. I asked for recommendations since I don’t know what Iron Goddess tastes like and the cashier told me if I never had it I shouldn’t try it. Okay, fine. i asked if she at least can describe it, she just said it’s completely different. Okay, fine. But don’t raise your voice at me and asking repeatedly about something I clearly communicate with you and said it’s the same price. Like, why?

Came here on Christmas Eve and ordered the Black Sugar Fresh Milk Cap. It wasn't that bad but the black sugar was at the very end of the drink. There was only milk for 3/4 of the drink so I ended up drinking black sugar and tapioca when I was almost done with it. Not the best experience in terms of the quality but customer service was good and I'll be willing to order it again and see how it is that time!

Expensive bubble tea but it’s hella delicious. Would buy again definitely!

Absolutely the worst Ten Rens. Tapioca is never ready and they charge for substitute when they run out of stock ingredients! Don’t waste money on their mistakes

Horrible staff. I went there the first time today, they guy on the counter was being so cold while taking my order. He got my order wrong, well which is an honest mistake could happen to anyone. But when i went back and said you got it wrong he let out such a big SIGH as if I am the one who heard wrong! On top if that when iasked to cancel and refund, the other girl on the counter was so freaking hasty and rude. They didn’t have the courtesy to say a sorry or thankyou. Not even as a formality. Pathetic. He was so good with the ones behind and after me in the queue because they were speaking the same language. Racists!

Beau-Tea-ful Galaxy Series!! Truly mesmerised by the colours of the newly launched Starry Fantasy & Aurora dream by @tensrenstea. The citrus based flavors, butterfly pea, jelly and honey make this drink so refreshing and a fantasy for the tea lovers out there.

Ten Ren has been in the same location for decades. They continues to sell bagged loose tea leaves and in tea bags, ginseng tea, and gift boxes. They just came out with the hot drink series. Their pu-erh with ginger tea was really good.

I love tenren's. They are my fave go-to bubble tea. I always order strawberry slush with tapioca. Recently, i ordered and i found out there's two ways for the strawberry slush - either caffeine free or with tea. That was interesting! I normally go with caffeine free now. The only downside is i wish their reward system works so i can get my free drinks. I went two times and the second visit was eligible enough to get a second free drink. I still had to pay full amount. I also emailed customer support, never received a reply from them until then. Otherwise, love this place!
