BROD

Perfect timing when I arrived at BROD with a sweet craving, the barista had just laid out a fresh tray of raspberry cheesecakes. Although the price was reasonable, I wasn't a fan of this dessert. The gelatin top layer was too thick; the middle, very bland; the chocolate base- my fav! This small cafe initially caught my eye because they have a variety of baked goods; tempting desserts on display...but overall, I wasn't too thrilled after my first experience. I love the service and for that reason, I'll definitely go back to try another dessert.

Very nice Danish bakery inside the food district in square one. Love their cheese cakes. Tasty, not too sweet, and affordable. You can always try some of those small portions while at the Square, shopping.

Today March 21st around 12:30 pm I visited Brod square one, the lady there is amazing working by herself but cheerful and efficient. The bakery delicious, I really was amazed by the level of service.

Good price for quality coffe. They will fix your drink the way you want not from the boring menu receipe. The staff and management always answer my questions regarding the food am buying. For example I was concerned if the coffe beans they use are organic or not. The team took there time to search the sources and provided me valid details. Unlike other store McDonald's who's manages just send you to check the website. I find the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I always drop by here to try out new samples. Here iced drinks are good quality. I hope they add more hot and cold beverages options like other coffe shops.

The cookies are buttery and soft, the croissants buttery and flaky, and the breads appropriately dense. You can really taste that Brød uses only the best quality ingredients! I would definitely come back for more. I highly recommend their chocolate croissant. It's great as a quick breakfast, or even dessert!

Delicious bread and great service. The attendant was more than happy to show me all of the ingredients of the bread before I purchased!

The almond tarts are a league of their own and can say the same about Greta cookies. Perfectly steamed latte and service with happy smile.. you got everything you need!

This is the almond tart covered in chocolate and topped with sliced almonds. It was pretty good, and the rest of their sweets and breads are pretty good. What is odd is why Brød even exists, like it’s literally the same as Danish Pastry House just a different name and this has a cafe attached to it. Also their pastry are so underfilled I think they need to put work on that for the high price of their items.

Handsdown the best coconut chocolate macaroon I’ve had in years. This is what the inside of a bounty bar should taste like. It reminds me of the coconut cakes from Trinidad but it’s a danish bread store. Anyway, everyone in my family loved eating the macaroons from here. I gave it 4 stars bc I’ve only had one thing from here. I’ll update it once I’ve tried a few more items.
