We definitely Love Gong Cha bubble tea. It's our favorite bubble tea shop in the Square One area. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to us. If you are new to bubble tea, I recommend trying the Taro or the Mango Smoothie. 30% sugar is sweet enough. Tapioca pearls in the bottom are delicious. There are a lot more items on the menu worth trying. You might get hooked on it though like we are. Wheelchair accessibility: The automatic doors have a "wave" sensor that you only have to wave your hand near and the doors open without actually having to touch the sensor.
Delicious drinks and great snacks! There are unique flavour combinations like strawberry and Oreo smoothie. Might sound weird but actually tastes pretty good! There are no tables to sit, so you’d have to take out.
Ordered their Strawberry Earl Grey Milk Tea with pearl about $8 after tax for ubereats pickup. It was really good and had a nice strawberry flavour and balanced earl grey tea flavour. The tapioca was also cooked nicely and not sweet which I like, some stores soak it in sugar syrup which overly sweetens the drink. I got this drink with 70% sugar and lite ice and it was the perfect sweetness. To be honest I docked 1 star because they don’t have a good milk tea variety! They mostly focus on fruit teas and smoothies. But I’d go again for the strawberry earl grey and the honey milk tea is good too from what I remember.
I just left and I am so so disappointed with the experience at this GongCha store. The food was amazing, I love the waffle but look at the way they add my ice cream. $10 was not cheap for an ice cream! From the moment I had this in my hand, I was doubting about it. When I took a picture and compare to the other reviews, I have no doubt that mine was lack of ice cream. I really don't know what should I do then so I just accept it. My review just want you guys to check after you receive the order and don't be hesitate to ask the staff if you have the same experience like mine.
My brother and I grabbed some drinks from here after we had dinner. Service was quick and friendly. The drink was delicious! It was my first time ordering from Gong Cha and I’ll definitely be back.
Really great bubble tea, and rarely is there a line so you are guaranteed to be served quickly. Their pearl milk tea is just as good as Chatime, and their boba is yummy.
Me and my friend came by to get bubble tea. The staffs are friendly. The service was quick! It was a peaceful atmosphere as it was fast to order. She got wintermelon milk tea with grass jelly and I got strawberry oreo milk tea with lychee kanten jelly. We loved our boba! I'm surprised my drink's flavour was delicious. I didn't think the combo would be amazing. Definitely will be coming back here :
I would’ve given this a three star but I guess it’s not that and. It’s very expensive but the waffle itself is soft on the inside and crunchy on outside. What I like about this matcha waffle is that it ACTUALLY tastes like matcha! Keep up the good work!’Recommended dishesWaffle, Bubble Waffles
The OG of bubble teas for me. A wide selections of milk tea for lactose intolerant and for milk tea lovers. Their milk foam series does not disappoint. Services have been always good even their branches in Asian countries.
Love it here. I come here all the time, at least once a week. I’ve tried many of their drinks and would recommend this place to anyone! <3 Do yourself a favour and give Gong cha a shot!!
