Good selection, average quality, majorly overpriced unless you go there when they have their weekly 50% off sales on the specific items you want. Customer service was a nightmare then one time I went to this particular store - the guy was impatient, rude, and was almost sick of waiting for us to choose. There was nobody else in the store, what's the rush? If you're just looking for a tie or a shirt (i.e. small purchase) they lose interest if it takes you more than a few minutes, and you're on your own.

Good location with lots of selection but worst customer service I've ever experienced! One of the people I dealt with was snarky and rude. She seemed to only care about making a sale. The second person I dealt with was a little better but was not very helpful. Avoid this place if you want good service.

Poor customer service. The women who i dealt with did not listen to me whatsoever and went on about her own expieriences and what she thought. She pretty much told me that i dont need to buy a new suit ,you already have a black one at home. When i tried to explain to her that its old and i want a new one. I dont know why someone would want to hire an employee who doesnt want to sell me a suit that i want. Older lady, working at the desk on the right side of the store as you enter.

These guys are top-notch. Was helped right away by an excellent rep (forgot his name, but he had the Santa Clause look going on.). He was able to help me, which was harder than most clients as I am a very heavy set person. I was very impressed how well he was able to set me up. I walked out of there with way more than I wanted and probably way more than I needed, but all in all I am very happy (with them, not with myself). I have only shopped there once, and will again.
