I walked into Pomme with a long list of supplements I’d been prescribed but didn’t fully understand.nnNaomi immediately put us at ease, not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also took the time to walk us through each item with patience and clarity. I like buying my produce from Pomme as prices are very competitive for organic items, compared to other stores. Lately I've noticed that the majority of items are from the US though. Not sure what happened to all the local produce, specially at this time of the year.

Bought two of the exact same item and there was a $5 off coupon stuck to one. On the coupon it said all three of the flavors of this item are $5 off. That’s why I grabbed two. She said I only get $5 off one because there wasn’t another coupon. She told me to go back to the isle to see if I can find another coupon. There was an enormous line behind, so everyone would be waiting for me to go search for the coupon. Nice customer service. Then after I paid I noticed I didn’t get one of my items. I didn’t get that item because she started on the next person in line and rung it through on their bill. It was a sample of a product I wanted to try. Guess I won’t be trying that! Again where is the customer service?

I am a regular customer at this store. I drive 20-25 minutes to get there. Last time I got a Natural Silk Dental Floss from there. I tried a small piece of it but didn't like it.nToday I went to the store for more shopping and returning this product.nThis product does not have any seal or packaging. It's in a small paper box with an open lead.nThe employee asked why I'm returning it. I said I didn't like it.nI went to the cashier, the employee bringing 2 more people with her to the counter, as managers! There was the cashier pluse these 3 women, all around me asking why I am returning the product. They said they can not resell the product because I opened and used it . I was so mad Not because they didn't take their poor product back, because the way I was treated in that moment. They humiliated me at the store.nAs far as I know, when there's a return it goes back to the vendor, not on the shelf. This product costs only $6.99 but today POmme lost a customer. I left my shopping cart behind and left the store .
