Montfort Grill House - Mediterranean Cuisine

I don't know what it is about this location in particular, but whenever I order a water with lemon, they NEVER give a lemon. When I asked the manager for lemon as he walks by, he acts highly inconvenienced and comes back with a small thinly cut lemon. This is a Mediterranean restaurant, you should have tons of lemons on hand. The manager here was talking very poorly of his staff one day, so far as to say "she's fired!" clearly talking about an employee who wasn't working though he was freely yelling this for everyone to hear. He was upset because someone changed the position of the blinds. I wish I wasn't making this up. The only reason I keep coming back is for the absolutely amazing woman working the grill. She makes the best Monfort chicken sandwiches. She kills it every single time and does not deserve the treatment she gets from the horrible manager who walks around the restaurant looking for something to complain about. He is creepy, weird, and unprofessional. I cringe everytime I get him as a waiter.

It was the worst shawarma I have eaten. It was just pita and chicken with nothing in it.i couldn't even eat it didn't taste good. It's expensive for what I got.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Very clean restaurant and perfect place to stop on way past Hamilton. The food was served hot and fresh. Definitely stop here again next time we drive past.

The take out order was completely wrong. They forgot the shawarma with cheese, there was no cheese on my steak and cheese pita, the onion rings were cold and maybe 10 rings in total. When I called and told them this, they never apologized for the mistakes, never offered to comp anything... they went as far as sending a cheese slice for me to put on my steak and cheese pita. The service is a joke , the staff is horrible! The shawarma was basically a grilled cheese with a tiny bit of chicken. I will never return and the staff should be ashamed
