Harvey's + Swiss Chalet

When we ordered a employee was counting money I’m assuming tips on the food prep station and trays. she took the tray and tried to serve and make my food without wiping anything down. I get my chicken burger and it’s total old rubber. I take it back and she asks for the receipt LOL I just sat down in front of you to eat. Overall very disappointing, poutine was decent.

This location needs communication, organization and housekeeping training. I ordered a rib combo and didn't receive my dipping sauce for my fries and chicken. Asked for 4 cans of pop via 1-866. This location doesn't not have cans. Received a refund - thank you! Complementary salad, - thank you. You forgot the dressing. Manager did his best to make my experience better. - Thank you!

This location needs to work on communication; as I can see the staff screwing around in the back instead of properly cooking orders. While ordering my food (I hadn’t even paid for it yet) one of the young men working already had a burger ready and was asking what toppings I wanted. This leads me to believe that the burger was precooked. I had also ordered donuts with my meal, once they were ready the same young man who made my burger just stood there and never gave them to me (note: there was no one else in line behind me; thus, there shouldn’t have been a problem with giving me my donuts). Thankfully the woman working at the drive-thru asked me what I was waiting for, and gave me my order. Please train your staff to conduct work properly. Also, I am a CAA member and the deal was 2 can dine $10.99, unfortunately they confused the deal and said if I buy 2 full priced dinners I would receive a free appetizer. I ordered 2 full price meals expecting the donuts as my appetizer to be free, I ended up paying $12.99 for my 2 meals and had to pay $4 extra for the donuts after I had just payed for the 2 meals. Not impressed.

This place is by far the worst run swiss chalet iv ever gone to. Every single time I go they mess up my order. Although it's great they hire a lot of youth, they need to focus on hiring the right management. The manager of this store shul be fired.

Enjoyed a quarter chicken with a salad. Fast and clean.
