The service is always amazing at this location. I called with a last minute custom cake order and the owner graciously agreed to help me make an 8 year old boys birthday wish come true as I dropped the ball with the typical amount of notice needed. Thoughtful, helpful and genuinely amazing customer service. Appreciate it so much!

I paid almost 50$ for this icecream cake that was supposed to be a blizzard cake. There was no cookie layer inside and we only found out after we had cut it. Its literally just vanilla icecream with turtles on top. For the price I paid I should have at least gotten what I was promised as shown in the right photo. Feel robbed and will go to baskin robbins next time.

Dairy Queen sets the standard for sift serve ice cream. Everything I have there is delicious. Venue was very busy, but it was a holiday Monday. Staff were efficient at handling the crowd. My only issue was the booths and tables are not cleaned regularly. Saw other patrons as well as ourselves using napkins to wipe the tables. That chocolate fudge sauce can be sticky! Still a very good experience.

I went to this dairy queen the other day to get my $2 hamburger special on the app. The app unfortunately was giving out the wrong code on my partner's phone so I thought I would just do a mobile order instead. I tried ordering twice and it gave me an error message each time so I thought oh that was the end of it, it didn't work. So the staff manually put in the discount for my partner and I and we paid at the counter. Later on, I look at my credit card statement and there are two charges for mobile ordering for $9.48. I'm not sure what to do or who to contact to get a refund for both of these orders. It didn't go through to the restaurant as we were eating there and had stayed for a while. Other than that, the staff are great and helpful, the environment is clean. It's just the app I've had trouble with and I know it's not the restaurant's fault.
