Service is always friendly and consistent. The drive-through is well-designed, and the parking lot is spacious. The food is top quality.

I paid almost 50$ for this icecream cake that was supposed to be a blizzard cake. There was no cookie layer inside and we only found out after we had cut it. Its literally just vanilla icecream with turtles on top. For the price I paid I should have at least gotten what I was promised as shown in the right photo. Feel robbed and will go to baskin robbins next time.

I went to this dairy queen the other day to get my $2 hamburger special on the app. The app unfortunately was giving out the wrong code on my partner's phone so I thought I would just do a mobile order instead. I tried ordering twice and it gave me an error message each time so I thought oh that was the end of it, it didn't work. So the staff manually put in the discount for my partner and I and we paid at the counter. Later on, I look at my credit card statement and there are two charges for mobile ordering for $9.48. I'm not sure what to do or who to contact to get a refund for both of these orders. It didn't go through to the restaurant as we were eating there and had stayed for a while. Other than that, the staff are great and helpful, the environment is clean. It's just the app I've had trouble with and I know it's not the restaurant's fault. I was looking to claim a deal and the guy at the counter was really helpful since my app was glitching and thought I was in Toronto . Love the way they care for you and make sure everything is right! Food was amazing as always, DQ really knows how to pull off great taste and overall the place was really nice, very clean and well-kept. The tenders are always done right and the dips they give you are A+. Definitely recommend this DQ location. Sundae was great too. Also, I love the DQ poutine and the way their gravy gives it such a good flavor.
