Very disappointed. Chicken was totally dried out. Maybe because the new location is a drive through they have to keep chicken cooked and under heat lamps. We got 12 pieces, only got one drumstick and a few of the of the pieces were actually breasts that been split in half.

Visited the new Watedown location today for a 2 pc. with fries. The wopping price for 2 pc. dark meat only & fries was going to be almost $9.00 plus tax. That's close to Swiss Chalet 1/4 chicken dark meat, fries & gravy sauce meal. Told the young fella, no thanks as a way too pricy for what you get. Went to Sobies & got 1/4 chicken breast with potato wedges for $5.49. To bad, was kinda of excited having a KFC in town. As an upside, facility is bright & clean.

The chicken here is dry and over cooked, if I wanted to eat dry chicken I would’ve made it my self

The young lady who took our order was amazing! Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable and a very fast problem solver. Definitely someone I would want on my front lines of my business. Oh and the food was good.
