Turtle Jack’s Muskoka Grill

I invited a friend for lunch to get together and catch up. We met at the Turtle Jack's in Waterdown. We both decided on getting the chicken fingers tossed in BBQ sauce with sweet potato fries. It comes with some delicious dipping sauce and side a coleslaw. The portion is a good size and I was full. The service is great and the staff are friendly. This is a great restaurant chain and I have enjoyed their chicken wings on a separate visit. I would recommend having lunch or dinner here. Great for a night out or celebrating a birthday day.

The food and service here was good. We didn’t make any reservations and got seated with no wait time. I also love that the restaurant is children friendly. The kids menu has a coloring activity and they serve kids fruit slices while we placed our orders.

We come to this location for dinner pretty often. I can only order two things on this menu as a vegan, but have still been able to have an awesome dinner each and every time. The coconut curry is fabulous make sure to ask for nacho chips instead of the naan if you're vegan, and the beyond burger is always grilled to perfection check with them about the mayo and the bun they have if you're vegan. Awesome atmosphere inside and on the patio, though I prefer how quiet the patio is in the warmer months.

Stopped in for a late lunch , the mains were surprisingly better than we expected. We got the Bison meatloaf , Blackened Bassa and Fish & Chips. The server was ok, but not too attentive.She forgot some things and didn't listen properly when taking the order. The manager was pleasant and came around to see how the food was. Both deserts were sickly sweet even with a coffee. Having lighter options and perhaps more fresh or non dairy would be good .

* Went here for Father's Day. Food was tasty, but portions were way less than we expected, especially for the price. We have been here many times but will not recommend ordering the fettuccine.
