Refused to give coffee refill...large male manager reluctant to deal with request. Cashier said she would do it then refused. Run for profit not to keep customers...they lost me.

Bad service. Worker with hat backwards touched my chicken nuggets with his grubby hands wearing no gloves, no regulations what so ever, the female workers did not wear hair nets I will say I have always been a McDonald's fan until I saw this.
