Worst experience and terrible food. I ordered Cantonese chow mein for take out got home all the noodles were hard except for the middle where the small amount of sauce was and the meat did not taste anything like real meat not even close to edible. When I called to complain the man told me he didn't care and not to come back. Had this been handle differently I would have gave them another chance but after this I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.

We ordered dinner for 5 on Monday evening.We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The breaded shrimp was soggy and the chicken balls were small and soft. It seemed like the meal was already pre made and sat under a heat lamp.When I call for food to be picked up I expect it to take longer than 10 minutes to be made. I have called other restaraunts fo a pick-up it usually takes about 25 to 30 minutes to prepare. Needless to say I will not be ordering from China Wok again.

The food was delicious, and the portions are HUGE!! However, I was NOT at all impressed with the rude service. I called my order in for delivery and was asking about substitutions because I'm a vegetarian. The woman was very impatient. As she was sighing, she said, "oh, come on!" I asked if she was talking to me, and she replied, "yes, we really busy, what do you want?" I told her how rude she was being, and almost hung up on her at this point, but didn't because I was ordering for 2 other family members. She didn't even apologize. They would have got 5 stars, because the food great, but definitely 0 stars for terrible, rude customer service!
