I'm only putting 3 stars because my wife had a great customer service here but I did not. Maybe I'll try again some other day. I came in asking about a bracelet I wanted to order for my watch that my wife bought from here. The person wasn't helpful at all - they didn't do a price quote and basically shooed me away. I wanted to leave my info so they could get back to me but I was already had a profound disapproval of their customer service.

Great customer service from very experienced watch enthusiasts. They always have the latest (and greatest) releases from watch world, and Gil and his team are also able to bring in rarer models. If you're looking to get your first serious watch, look no further.. great people, great advise, and great customer service- I can't recommend Monaco Bayshore enough.

Gil and Jamie in at Monaco are the guys to see in Ottawa if you've ever even entertained the idea of getting a watch. They both love what they do and you can feel that the whole time you're in the store. Must visit for anyone with a wrist!
