This jewellery store is amazing with GREAT customer service. Went in today, they unbent a ring for me, polished it, put it in box and didn't charge me a penny! Above and beyond. I recommend everyone I can to them. I wish more stores provided this level of service.

It was a few years back, my mother was in the hospital in palliative care. We needed to cut her wedding ring off rush because of her hands swelling. I walked in told them the story. Without blinking an eye they handed me the tool to cut the ring. They did not ask for a credit card. They understood the situation. Thank you. I had it back to them soon after. I will be in soon to have work done.

I have been going there for some 20 years now, having watches engraved for my office award program. They are absolutely wonderful. If/when I ever want to purchase jewellery for myself, this is the place I will go. Reputable, trustworthy and just fantastic to deal with. Linda

My husband had my custom engagement ring made by Nettletons and we later had my wedding band (and engraved pattern) made here as well. Always fantastic service, cannot recommend them enough!
