Michael Hill Carlingwood

I was comparing prices for a pair of gold bands between the shops in the mall and the sales associate tried to push completely different, and more expensive bands on me. They were nice enough that I said that my husband might like them but I wanted to have him see them when his shift finished across the road in less than an hour but she wouldn't have it. She was already pulling out the paperwork to put these rings on a credit plan, which I didn't want or need. When I told her that I wanted to wait the hour and let my husband decide if he liked the rings and make sure that I got the right size, she insisted that I should just buy them right now and if they didn't fit or he didn't like them, I could just return them. Needless to say, she was extremely pushy about the sale. A wedding is stressful enough to plan without having to deal with these sorts of sale tactics. I will not be returning and I bought my rings elsewhere. Go to Charm diamond centers instead.

I've been to numerous jewelry stores looking for a ring within my budget, but Michael Hill in Carlingwood was the only place where I really felt comfortable shopping. While most places tried to sell me something $300 over my budget, the people at Michael Hill showed me exactly what I was looking for, and were never pushy. I felt like they were on my side.
