We also repair broken glasses.Most repairs can be done in as little as 15 minutes.Ring sizing's starting at $25Chain soldering's starting at $10Most custom pieces can be completed in 2 to 4 weeks. Some may also be able to be done in a few days.We are available during regular business hours, however if those times are not suitable please call for an after hours appointment.We have been in business since 2003, servicing the Ottawa area and Eastern Ontario from Cornwall to Kingston and Belleville. Tarron and Ashley are amazing! I wasn't so sure about getting a custom engagement ring, but the turnout was way better than I expected. I'll definitely be coming back here for any other custom jewellery that I or my wife will want
Did a great job repairing my wife's wedding ring set.
I could not be happier with my service from Tarron & Ashley!!! Tarron was quick to respond to my email about my broken wedding band and engagement ring and asked me to come in to make sure he gave me an accurate quote. When I got to the office he was SO polite and professional and assured me he could fix them and do it for a reasonable price unlike the big stores who quoted me 3Xs the price TO START and suggest I just buy a new wedding band. Sized and quoted I headed out the door feeling very comfortable leaving my most prized possession in his hands. Within 4hrs I got the call saying I come come back and pick them up! Ashley met me with my rings and we an absolute sweetheart. She and Tarron checked to make sure I was happy with the fit of my rings and the work done. Getting them to do my repair was the best decision ever! I am so happy to finally be able to wear my rings again! 10/10, would recommend! Thank you for making this transaction so easy and taking all the stress out of it!
From the moment I walked in, Tarron didn't look like the usual jewelry store staff and he certainly didn't talk like one. He seemed a little rough at first but that could have been me comparing him to the stuck up jewelry store staff I have dealt with previously. After a couple of minutes I felt really comfortable with him, and I felt he could tell what it was I was looking for in an engagement ring. To say the rings came out perfect, is a massive understatement, it came out amazing. I would recommend Tarron and 999 Jewelry Design to anyone looking for that special piece that NOBODY has! First time customer, but most definitely not last time! Thank you Tarron and 999 Jewelry Design for making this process so easy and comfortable. Ps she said YES!
The diamond came loose on my engagement ring and I came in to have it set. Tarron was extremely thorough and found that the prong’s base was cracked. He replaced the base and redipped my ring. He was quick, knowledgeable, and experienced. The ring looks even better with the higher base. Would highly recommend!
There's no way I could not leave a 5 star review for this business. Aside from the quality workmanship and creative suggestions for my specific wants, the service was exceptional. I will be back again and again and will be referring others I know who require their services to them for sure.
Tarron designs are the best. His customer service was excellent. He gave advise and a personal touch to everything he made. We had an awesome experience with him and his team throughout the process. Thanks Tarron!
The best in the city. He's made a custom ring for my mom and also a custom name necklace that is just perfect. Highly recommend this shop. Trusted and a great group of people that work there.
I brought my ring in to be resized and they did it on the spit. Such friendly service and very reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
