The so called manager and I am not even sure she is a manager, has Rude and Unprofessional People Skills! She rudely told me to wear my mask NOT on my nose but UP MY NOSE!!? She then told me if I wont wear my mask according to her standards I can leave the store! Get a life is what I say!! If your that scared stay home!! It seems like everyone is power trippin these days! Sad to see! Then she sat behind a one way glass and watched making us wait for service as the other employee was busy with customers! I rightfully should have left. But I know one thing, I will never go back to this location. Billings Bridge does not seem to be a pleasant location for shopping in my opinion

I've bought a ton of jewelry here for a while now and I've been impressed. Tons of different styles at amazing prices, and there's always a sale. The jewelry is real silver, so it doesn't bug your skin. I did have one run that kept losing jewels and every time they helped me replace it! Great service

Love this place! I own so many pieces from here and have bought many for gifts to friends and family! They always have a 60% off sale and it’s hard not to buy something every time I visit! The owner is so helpful and friendly and I love chatting with her!
