Very welcoming staff! We came to the studio from Victoria and they were extremely friendly and helpful over email as well as in person when we arrived. Instructor Chantal was incredible and we had so much fun!!

Amazing environment and classes! Wish they had a 7pm class for the mamas out there that put their babies to bed at 6 haha

Friendly staff and comfortable space to let loose and ride either for the 1st or 100th time. Awesome that the amenities make it easy to go anytime of day too.

I’ve been spinning in Vancouver at a few different studios for years. Thought I’d try this place out while I was in town last year. It was very difficult but the instructor was great. Front desk staff were also great. There were too main reasons why I won’t go back. The room was SO hot. No circulation, it felt suffocating. The biggest one though was the disco ball lighting. I ended up getting so dizzy looking at the lights in the mirror. Maybe it’s just me, but it was not a great feeling. I’ll stick to Spin Society and Ride in Vancouver and Toronto.

I love Spinco! Everyone new my name after my first class and made me feel so welcome. The instructors and front desk staff are always so uplifting and encouraging. I feel incredibly safe going to classes right now as they are following all of the COVID safety mandates. I’ve also lost a significant amount of weight but gained a ton of confidence, strength and endurance since starting my Spinco journey! Thank you Spinco Kelowna for helping me achieve my fitness goals and being the best part of my day! I love you all so muchly

I love this place. Once I got over the intimidation, I was hooked. I had not done spin in years and was encouraged by a friend to try it out. It is challenging, inspiring, energetic and fun. The music is loud and proud. The room is dark so no one can really see you nor do they care what you look like or how you are doing. Newbies need do not need to feel intimidated. My 13 year old daughter does this with me now. I have lost 12 pounds and my cardio has significantly improved. You get out of it what you put into it. The instructors are great. I have never experienced any rudeness that was reported on other reviews. Just friendly and helpful attitudes.

All you have to do is show up & they take care of the rest. They provide the shoes, the towels and an inclusive, motivational environment. Need earplugs or a hair tie/bobbypins? They've got that too. The studio is clean and well maintained and the staff and instructors are always nice. If you're looking for a good workout that's challenging & fun, I highly recommend Spinco as I've had nothing but a good experience.
