Their warranty policy is an absolute joke. The website claim to warranty regular wear and tear and when you get to the store the clerk makes fun of you AND comes up with some bull excuses as to why it will not work. I have been a great client for years but I guess Alo is calling my name.

I had a really awful experience in store. The workers were rude and made me feel incompetent. The pants I bought had a seam in the front rip less than 24 hours after buying them and the return policy says tags must be attached. Save yourself the headache of the quality that’s gone downhill and the workers who don’t care to return faulty anwful quality items. Yet offer an exchange for the exact same thing to happen. I’ve called 3 times this morning alone and it has went to voicemail everytime. I was a big lulu lemon fan until today.

We love shopping at lulu lemon. This location staff do not even address you until you’re ready to check out. Not the friendliest location or most helpful.

Bourack was a very welcoming and helpful young lad providing many options and detailed descriptions on different apparels. Overall excellent customer service at this location!

Came into Lululemon a couple days ago to get a yoga mat! I was pleasantly surprised to how friendly the staff were. Bourk helped me find the right mat to suite my needs. He was so friendly and made my experience wonderful! Can’t wait to see you again boruk:
