This visit is my first time visiting Kelowna and first time to the Lululemon. I was met with a smile as soon as I walked in the door and was asked if I needed help with anything. Joely was the person at the fitting room who was super helpful and kind. She helped me find my right size and looked into different colour options. Capri was the girl at the cash and was so sweet asking how my day was and making sure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend!

Friendly staff! Cute location , love the layout of the store compared to mall locations.nnSale racks always have great stock. Change rooms are big and have lots of them.nnReturns are easy and I just love how quaint the store is. Dog friendly too !

You can tell they know their product inside and out, which makes a huge difference.nnThe store itself is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate, with a great selection of men’s and women’s gear. The quality is exactly what you expect from Lululemon — durable, comfortable, stylish, and built to last. You may pay a bit more, but you absolutely get what you pay for here.nnOne thing that really puts this location over the top for me is how welcoming they are — not just to customers, but to dogs too. I often walk by with my dog, and they’re always happy to see her and even give her treats. That small gesture goes a long way and says a lot about the culture they’ve built in this store. It’s thoughtful, friendly, and genuinely appreciated.nnOverall, Lululemon Kelowna delivers an outstanding retail experience every time. Great staff, great products, and those little extra touches that make you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend this location to anyone — whether you’re serious about fitness or just want comfortable, high-quality everyday wear.

Super disappointing customer service with a clearly defective sweater and brand new purchase.nnAfter 1 wear received item 6 days ago of a brand new quarter zip sweater, I realized the entire seam on the bottom of the rear has completely unwound. Normally wouldn’t mind, but it’s extremely noticeable when on.nnI like the sweater, and wanted to replace it, which I was told wasn’t possible, as it’s not in stock anywhere. With only pink or olive green available at the same sale price, my options are:nn- choose something else or a colour I wouldn’t wear.n- pay the extra $70 for the colours in stockn- accept the defective productnnWhy can I not be refund? For something that is clearly a factory defect.nnWhy can an order not be placed to get the correct colour?nnI was told defect returns must be product swap in store only, so either I pay double for what I ordered and want, or I’m forced to choose something I don’t want in order to bring back a defective product and have at least something that isn’t falling apart.nnThere should absolutely be the option to get a gift card or refund to give me some choice in my purchase.nnI certainly don’t think I should have to eat the cost on poor craftsmanship for Lulu, which I am now.nnOr is that why it was on sale in the first place? Because it was damaged.nnI have been a very longtime lulu customer, but will absolutely not be buying anything from them again. Poor quality and 0 customer service or understanding.

Not quite sure how a brand that promotes body inclusivity never carries shorter styles for men regularly and if I want something hemmed I have to subscribe to their membership. Not particularly this locations fault I presume but moreso a grievance with the company in general. However the tall gentleman at the register was one of the funniest sales associates I have met. He had extraordinary customer service and was super kind to my son. As well as the young blonde woman who was super knowledgeable on the product. These two employees were fantastic conversationalist and were the best part of my experience at lululemon.
