This place has definite gone downhill. Ordered vegetarian Home wrecker. Looked and tasted stale. Salsa bar is almost empty. Store is dirty, the soda machine has a pool of water in front of it. Never been to a more dirty place.
I got sprite with a water cup because the drink machine was out of water, and the employee sprinted at me from behind the counter, grabbed my wrist, and slapped the cup out of my hand so hard that it exploded literally it was in shreds, and the sprite got all over the floor and surrounding customers. I then asked for tap water and the guy told me to drink from the bathroom sink. This sounds made up but I swear it happened these employees are crazy. The food was pretty good though.
What a shame, walked in here and knew this place would be a disappointment. Dirty tables and trash everywhere!! I go to order and they were out of most items. Ordered a steak bowl and it was awful. The meat was not cut and it was not cooked. Felt sick after eating here, and will not be back
The build your own burrito idea is great and the fillings are varied and suit every taste. However, the cleanliness factor was totally absent. Every table was dirty except for the one we sat at - and there were a lot of tables! The bathrooms had no soap and there was graffiti on the baby changing table. There was a steady stream of customers while we were there - but everyone took their orders to go. The staff was friendly, but chatted with one another and took no interest in the dining room squalor. The owner or manager of this place needs to show a little interest. The reviews show that this has been a problem for some time.
I went in this Moe’s with my team and the employees were rude to our group upon entry. We were being patient and polite and at one point one employee decided she was going to stop serving the group and stormed out of the store. I understand being overwhelmed by a large group, but we weren’t in a rush and Moe’s is meant to serve a number of people quickly, that’s the whole point of this establishment. Most businesses would be happy to make $500 in a half hour, but it’s clear that the people who work here throw tantrums if they have to actually work. I’d stay as far away from this place as possible unless you want to experience sloppy service and rude commentary for asking for the bare minimum.
Required online orders only which is fine—I understand places are severely short staffed right now. However, after we placed the order, it said that the food was not going to be ready for an hour. We had somewhere to be, so I immediately went inside to cancel the order and an employee said it would not be a problem. She must not have done it though—my card still got charged for the almost $50 order. Now I have to go through corporate to hopefully get a refund. The inside was also very dirty, so we dodged a bullet on that one at least.
Simply put the manager was the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. They screwed up my Uber Eats order so after a $5 tip and a $5 delivery fee I still had to drive to get the rest of the order. As soon as I walked in the manager actually seemed aggravated at me???? I simply asked very nicely if he could refund the $5 delivery fee and he snapped back. “ I gave you the option to pick up your burrito or get a full refund” “You chose to pick it up.. so it’s over there!” Honestly I hate the world we live in now.
Went in at closing. I know it's been a long night for them and they want to go home. But their job exist because I go in there! Place was trashed, a lot wasn't availble. They have an expectation to be tipped for a job they are already paid to do. A tip comes from making me feel appreciated. The food, well. My first and last time. They got nothing on Chipotle
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. There was trash piled up as soon as you walked in which should’ve been our first clue to leave but we gave it a shot. They were out of nearly every ingredient and the entire restaurant from the food storage to the floors and everything in between was FILTHY. The staff was extremely rude and very slow. The salsa bar was empty and disgusting. The food tasted TERRIBLE and half of it was burnt. All I can say to anyone who is even considering to go here save yourself the money and go anywhere else.
Absolutely THE most disorganized and filthy food establishment with the rudest staff that I have ever visited ever in my entire life. I'm stunned that people can behave that way and actually stay employed. And if you STILL insist on visiting save yourself the hassle of waiting 35 minutes, just to be told half of the ingredients aren't available as they're in plain view - but they're being saved for online orders. When asking the girl who rang us up what her name is she said she didn't need to give her name. I never write bad reviews but this place was trashed, slow with horrible customer service and definitely not worth the trouble. The little girl that checked us out had an awfully fast mouth for someone who moved like a sloth.... How do places like this stay I'm business?!
