Such a great establishment, wonderful customer service. An awesome assortment of preprepared, wholesome frozen foods and delicious dine-in options. Their Saturday, authentic Colombian menus are incredible.

Oh familia! I love this place. Food and service are wonderful. Colombian an Mexican food are my favorite but you can try everything since they make all really good. They also have coffee and another products and frozen food. Colombian bread is my favorite. Please come here and try something, you won't regret it.

WOW. What a neat surprise??! I happen to go by and stopped at this place for a snack and ended up having lunch, on their Colombian day. I had the Frijolada, it was light and excellent. The folks there are very nice and friendly. They have a lot of prepared meals. Great to see a family operated Colombian small business, especially with great food and service. Can't wait to try their next Colombian day food

Really big flavour with a small town vibe. My coworker just introduced me to Familia and I am instantly hooked! It’s hard to say what was better; the food or the service because both were out of this world. I can’t wait to go back and start ordering something new over and over again. The tostadas were sooo delicious and the option for a little extra heat was perfect for adding a little something without losing the flavours!

Very hospitable! Luis and his wife took care of us from start to finish. We traveled from London, ON to celebrate our 15 year Wedding with a visit to Royal Botanical Gardens and researched this welcoming restaurant for an early dinner. Burrito bowl was very authentic and clean tasting with full of flavour! Get the Chipotle sauce. We stopped by on Saturday where they featured Columbian menu specials! Ajiaco and Frijolada with cremawere so fresh! Capped the night with a double shot of espresso and two pumpkin sweets. Purchased Familia whole beans and another Ajiaco to take home! Best part of work is being so close to familia! Everything is always amazing from the food to the snacks! I just tried the carrot cake and heavenly. That brought me back to childhood!!! Beyond the food, the people are so amazing at Familia. The warmth they give is amazing and makes you look forward to the next visit.

Amazing place for traditional Latin food. They are specialized in Colombian food, but there is great variety of options from different parts of the world. The ambiance of the place is cozy and welcoming. The owners are super friendly and make you feel that you are the number one customer. Highly recommended.

Chicken bowls are very good. Be sure to check out the freezers beside the counter. They are stocked with really good frozen meals. Personal fav includes chicken fajitas, mustard chicken, and curry chicken. Super friendly family run restaurant. You can also dine in if you want there are a few tables to sit down.

Ordered the Christmas Taco Edition for a family Christmas and it was delicious! Serving size was perfect. All the food was fresh and very flavourful. A lot of variety of sauces and fixings. Dinner was a success! Outstanding family run business. Friendly and courteous. Above and beyond. Highly recommend!
