We cannot say enough good things! We are a food allergy family. This location was super knowledgeable with food allergies. The kind manager went above and beyond to make sure we would get safe meals for my family. We have always loved the taste of chipotle, however this is the best experience and service we’ve ever had at any chipotle location. Also. Thank you Katrina for such good communication which led us to eat here. And the place is super clean.
Had an online order to pickup here 30 min before I showed up here, booked for the exact time I showed up. I stood in line and watched the two guys who were making the online orders. First they were slowly making orders ~5 or so at a time while a large crowd of us waited and then would allow us to wait more until they would bag all of them at once when their station got too cluttered. Then the one man just walked away for multiple minutes during the dinner rush, came back, and loaded several bags without any gloves on. Then the second man answered a phone call while he continued “working” until finally he walked away from the job as well. in the end, waited over 20 minutes with a crowd of people while the regular line moved MUCH faster. Also they didn’t call out the names as they placed orders on the shelf so we all had to just crowd around and keep walking up to check with every new bag. Incredibly disappointing and difficult to watch.
Ordered a salad and was told at the register they had no dressing. I asked if I could wait for it to be made because I didn’t really want a salad with no dressing and was told it would be awhile. I’m sorry but if you open at a specific time, shouldn’t you have your ingredients ready? Or better yet let people know ahead of ordering a salad they have no dressing for it. I love Chipotle & eat at them often but this location is extremely slack.
I ordered ahead and had to wait 20 plus minutes for the food in addition to the allotted time to make the food already provided when ordering. Meanwhile, there is 9 people waiting for online orders and the staff are in the back laughing and joking. Not to mention the best part is when a staff member I assume appears from the back in pajamas and slides, proceeds to fix himself a bowl behind the counter and then sits down to eat. So unprofessional. They gave me the completely wrong food. i had to drive back and they remade my order which included fajita veggies. Instead of them telling me there were no more, someone thought it was a good idea to not tell me for me to come back in and wait 10 more minutes to be told there were no more. HORRIBLE customer service. All after working a 13 hour shift and I left a tip‍
Avoid this chipotle. Last two times I have been, the store has been filthy. The line where they serve and make food has been covered with food and looks as if it hasn’t been wiped down in hours. The tables were also filthy as well. There was no where to sit because of the mess. The workers were wearing gloves, but also taking money and utilizing their cell phones with the same pair of gloves they were making food with. Also as of lately they are always out of product. Last time it was guacamole. This time it was cheese and lettuce. They have fallen off big time. We need a new location in the area.
Long time Chipotle customers as it is an option that works for some with allergies in the family. Came from the west where we had our local chipotle in 3 different states. All very professional, excellent outcomes and consistency. I have never seen anything like this. If it didn’t have all the familiarity of a Chipotle I would say it was a totally different place. My burrito was rolled up into a ball with all the wet ingredients rubbed all over the outside from it squishing out and getting on the gloves. Sometimes the burritos are hard to wrap due to overfilling and it can be tricky. In these situations I have seen Chipotle staff say we are going to start that one again and give you a good burrito. This may have been a new employee and no one stepped up to help as the burrito was basically turned to a ball of mush and half way wrapped with a foil. The manager gave me a dead stare with no offer to make a new one when I asked for it to be taken off my bill. This was also after I told the cashier to go ahead and keep the burrito bc I would not be eating it after it was wrapped a second time with a second layer of tortilla over the first layer so now a super thick ball. They still charged and threw it in the bag. Go somewhere else. Unless you want a bowl. Those are pretty easy to do correctly although the beans were also undercooked. Kind of crunchy.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I have given this store many chances. And tonight was just as bad as all of the other times I've attempted to order food or eat there. The staff are just unbelievably unprofessional and actually bullying and downright mean to me others as well, I'm sure. I'm done with this store. I tried to get food but instead got yelling and abuse. And had to walk away empty-handed. Whoever owns this store must not care what's going on there. If they did, they should fire all current employees, especially the manager,and start fresh with some that'll actually care and want to do their job.
I came in to order a quesadilla I had been wanting to try. I was told that quesadillas could only be ordered on the app or online. I was in a hurry for work and was just wanting to jump in line real quick and waited just to be told that. I’ve never heard of a restaurant only allowing certain items to be ordered online in my life.
This was not the day for a first time visit. We were traveling and thought we could get some Nachos with toppings. They sell "bowls" that were filled with rice and meats and veggies. We bought a bowl with steak, lettuce, tomatoes, corn and sour cream. We bought a small cup of queso and an order of "chips". We came home and made our own nacho plate. There was nothing special about the food. In all sincereness it was bland and nothing to rave about. The inside had 90% of table tops dirty. The drink area was dirty looking. The floor and rugs were dirty. In all truthfulness they were displaying a 100 health dept rating, which did not match today's reality. There were plenty of workers, with some just talking to each other. The young man preparing our "bowl" looked like he was spooning out food in a army outpost. I do not recommend going and standing in the "s-l-o-w" line if you are on a walker or cane. We will not make a second visit. It is not a logistical ease and it doesn't have a drive thru.
Service is terrible and employees move like they are tranquilizer. Look like mindless zombies. I like the food but this is the third time I've been to this location and same everything. I will not spend any more of my money here and would advise anyone that values their money do the same.
