New World Tortilla

Staff here has always been rather surly, no big deal since the food was pretty good. But over the last 7 years or so, the food quality has gown steadily down hill along with the service. The staff seems to just choose when they are open or not, regardless of the hours posted on Google or their Facebook page. I've often called after 6pm and just had nobody pick up when they're supposed to be open til 7 and I'm talking 6:25, not 6:50, or had someone ask me to hold only to never come back to the call. Terrible service and declining food quality have really turned me off of what was once one of my favorite spots in Burlington. Management needs to get their stuff together; their staff is not doing them any favors.

The longest black hair in my rice bowl and their customer service is non existent due to their phones not working or being turned off. Their Thai chicken used to taste good but now I don’t think I’ll be able to eat it for a while. Worst feeling ever

Delicious wraps, fresh cooked ingredients, helpful staff, quickly prepared. Plenty of tables to dine-in. You can easily miss this place as there is not a lot of signage, but seek it out it, it will be worth the visit.

I ordered the Black Bean Corn Tortilla takeout. It came with the tortilla nearly falling apart as it was sopping in aquafava and relatively without flavor. There are such better options for 7 dollars, would've been a fair deal for less than half the price.

Wow! This place kills it… so delicious and fast, friendly service!! Go to New World T, you will not leave disappointed or hungry

Never ever disappoints other than being closed on the weekend roflobster. I personally think every menu item is delish, but try the cheese steak!

The Thai chicken wrap is delicious. Very flavorful and quite filling. About half the wrap is a full meal for me, so I always have enough for a great lunch the following day. Will continue to return and I definitely recommend.

I used to frequent this place and it was delicious. Now that I live farther away I can't come down as much. Their hours have made eating here impossible. I finally today had a Friday off to venture up for some. Hours said until 7. Two hours wasted as they closed 5 hours early. Disappointed

food is awesome, the burritos are huge! great vegetarian/vegan options too!! if we didn’t live hours away this would be a regular food staple for us.
